About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sleep Apnoea Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Managing Director in the day-to-day operations of our outlet. Your primary focus will be to provide consultancy services, advise customers on OSA issues, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with our high standards.


Key Responsibilities


Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing consultancy services to customers, including advising on OSA issues and delivering high-quality customer service
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of our outlet, including implementing sales strategies and ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Collaborating with our marketing department to improve brand awareness and drive sales
  • Abiding by our standards of service, quality, health, and safety requirements
  • Meeting operational objectives and submitting monthly sales data and reports as required
  • Performing diagnostic set-ups on-site and following up with patients to ensure continuity of care
  • Attending weekly clinical meetings to discuss new and current cases
  • Driving product sales and consults by increasing conversion rates of Home Based Sleep Study patients towards PAP Trial
  • Ensuring the submission of necessary supporting documents for diagnostic setups and claims
  • Undertaking ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sleep apnoea or a related field. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a consultative or customer service role, preferably in the sleep or sleep-related industry
  • Formal qualifications in business, management, or a related field, or 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Education or experience in a medical or life science field will be beneficial
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, health, or medical industries, dealing with sleep apnoea products, solutions, or services would be highly desirable
  • Ability to read sleep study reports, CPAP download reports, and articulate clear and informative information to patients
  • Knowledge of sleep apnoea products and solutions currently available in the market and their various applications
