Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to provide administrative support to our multi-disciplinary consulting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to CLM sleep consultants providing assistive therapy services to individuals across a variety of sleep care services
  • Respect confidentiality and privacy of practitioners, directors, staff and clients at all times
  • Maintain a cooperative team environment by communicating openly and in a friendly manner, working efficiently and amicably with all members of the practice
  • Screening of incoming calls, generic email and appropriate follow up
  • Return referral query emails and phone calls to establish relevant information, to allow consultants to decide the services capacity to accept the client referral
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any field of study
  • Certificate in Allied Health or working towards an AHA certification would be highly desirable
  • Pursuing a tertiary education in an Allied Health Profession or other relative medical background such as Nursing or Pharmacist would be advantageous

On the job training will be ongoing and industry specific training will be made available to the incumbent (if not already qualified), as well as personal development courses and training to improve and further develop the relevant skills required to be successful in this role.

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and annual leave.
