About You :

To succeed in this role, you'll possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a consultative or customer service role, preferably in a sleep-related industry
  • Formal qualifications in business management or similar, or relevant work experience in a similar capacity
  • An education or background in medical or life sciences will be beneficial
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical/health/medical industries dealing with sleep apnea products/services would be highly desirable
  • Ability to read sleep study reports, CPAP download reports, and articulate complex information to patients

Position Summary :

This full-time position involves assisting the managing director in day-to-day operations, providing consultancy services, and advising customers on OSA issues as a CPAP consultant. The successful candidate will undergo compliance training as a sleep consultant to ensure consistency in service standards.

Salary : AUD 60,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to store processes and manager directives
  • Carry out prescribed services within the CLM service model, along with other tasks assigned at this level, following protocols and procedures to increase conversion rates and sales opportunities
  • Enhance brand awareness through sales promotions and educating patients on product knowledge, providing sound after-sales service
  • Achieve operational objectives set by management, including meeting sales targets and submitting monthly reports
  • Perform diagnostic setups on-site as required, potentially working at various CLM locations
  • Follow up with Home-Based Sleep Study patients after report submission to facilitate continuity of care

  • Self-motivated, with analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
