About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Injury Management Advisor to work out of our Sydney offices in Macquarie Park and Lane Cove. In this role, you will assist employees with their recovery and return to work, while supporting the implementation of our Strategic Safety and Wellness Plan. You will also coach and mentor managers to foster a safe and healthy workplace culture.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing injury management strategies to ensure timely and effective recovery for injured employees;
  • Monitoring and reporting on safety and wellness performance;
  • Reviewing and managing recovery at work strategies in line with WHS, workers' compensation, and injury management legislation;
  • Managing day-to-day claims for both workers' compensation and non-compensation cases;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth recovery processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Ergonomics, or related Health Sciences;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Injury Management role;
