Senior Financial Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, working closely with internal teams and funding bodies. This is a key leadership role where your work will directly support better outcomes for Aboriginal communities in the NT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the KWHB financial management information system
  • Develop and refine financial systems, processes, and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the finance team including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, allowances, and reconciliation
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance across a diverse range of funded program activities
  • Prepare accurate, insightful monthly reports and financial analyses
About You

You'll be a qualified finance professional with a strong technical foundation and proven team leadership. A background in not-for-profit, NGO, or complex program funding environments is highly desirable.
