We are seeking a highly skilled ICT professional to fill this exceptional opportunity. As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be joining our Information Systems Team based in Perth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide continued support for our existing group and future enterprise into smart living solutions for people with limited mobility and impairment. This is a full-time and fixed-term role initially for two years with the possibility of extension for another two years.

Key Responsibilities

* Downloading new software and updating existing software*

* Configuring computer, peripherals, network hardware, and migrating data*

* Finding solutions using new and existing software and hardware*

* Sourcing new computer, peripherals, and networking hardware*

* Diagnosing and repairing faulty computers*

* Resolving users' problems and queries in a professional and timely manner*

* Fault finding, fixing bugs, and monitoring security devices*

* Setting up new and replacement mobile phones and tablets*

* Adding new/existing users and computers to the domain*

NDIS - Assistive Technology On Site (AT)

* Setting up software and configuring AT equipment for people with limited mobility after construction*

* Setting up adaptive devices and installing software for people with limited impairment*

* Assessing the best solution for networking requirements from an AT perspective*

* Setting up and securing home networking for AT participants*

Requirements

* Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and Office*

* Hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills*

* Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals*

* Strong customer focus and communication skills*

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment*

* Current driver's license*

* Ensure compliance with all safety requirements*

Benefits
