This esteemed finance broker and advisor, boasting a strong market presence, seeks an experienced leader to drive its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achievement and the ability to bring energy and vision to facilitate the delivery of the board's high-growth strategy.

Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will guide the management team and wider business in achieving clearly set objectives and goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing clearly defined business strategies and roadmaps, including organic growth and acquisition
  • Bringing advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge and experience to facilitate increased networking opportunities to drive expansion
  • Working closely with the executive to facilitate robust financial planning and revenue generation
  • Championing the ongoing review and adoption of systems and processes to enable the business to deliver high-output results to their customers
  • Leading, building, mentoring, and inspiring the management team and wider teams to achieve the best possible results

General experience:

  • Expert knowledge in financial products across mortgages, commercial and business finance, development finance, asset finance, and insurance
  • Significant practical leadership experience having held impactful corporate (SME or larger entities) roles within lending markets, finance brokerage, or other relevant financial services environments
  • Demonstrating specific impact within previous roles on increasing market share, improving productivity, driving efficiencies, leadership, and profitability
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, MBA or advanced qualifications would be advantageous
