Business Development Specialist

As a Personal Banker, you will have a significant impact on your customers' lives and the community at large.
You will need to analyse their situation in order to deliver solutions that enable them to thrive.
Adaptability and the ability to move quickly between tasks and locations are essential for this role.
The bank is committed to digitisation and educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Able to build strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
- An eagerness to understand and communicate what sets our organisation apart
- Understanding of financials and business performance
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is an advantage but not essential
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by getting to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs.
As a Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles including front-of-house concierge, solution finding and education, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to customers' lifestyles.
This permanent, full-time position is located at our Jamison branch.
