Asian Street Food Culinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our kitchen team and help us celebrate the vibrant culture of Asian street food with a modern twist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior chefs with menu preparation, ensuring adequate supplies, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cost control.

  4. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Trade qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent
  • Leadership experience within a professional kitchen environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with suppliers to source high-quality products
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP management, and compliance with local health and safety regulations
