We have potential opportunities for full time, part time and casual opportunities.Job DescriptionSupport the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food production and presentationCarry out food preparation tasks efficiently and in line with presentation guidelinesKeep all work areas clean, hygienic, and organised at all timesFollow strict food safety and hygiene practices, avoiding cross-contaminationAssist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as requiredReport any maintenance, hygiene, or safety hazards promptlyWork collaboratively with other departments and maintain strong team relationshipsContribute to achieving departmental targets and service standardsBe flexible and willing to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shiftsQualificationsPrevious experience working in a kitchen, ideally with some exposure to South East Asian cuisine (desirable but not essential)A willingness to learn new skills and support the culinary teamStrong communication skills and a positive, professional attitudeEnergy, motivation and reliability in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to hygiene, safety, and food quality standardsFlexibility to work across different shifts (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)A strong team spirit and the ability to work well with othersTrade qualification or relevant hospitality training is an advantage, but not requiredAdditional InformationIn return, we will offer you:ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide
