Job Title: Security Solutions Specialist

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Security Services, you will be responsible for designing and deploying endpoint security solutions that meet the highest standards of security and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuring, maintaining, and reporting on endpoint security services, including anti-malware, threat detection, and application control.
  • Working with security vendors such as Sentinel One, Microsoft, and Trend Micro to optimize endpoint security technologies.
  • Liaising with other DXC support teams, account teams, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and excellence.
  • Supporting investigations of potential security violations, threats, and breaches.
  • Providing engineering technical support and assistance to projects, including build, implementation, and configuration.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a medium to large enterprise managed services provider or a medium to large consultancy organization.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with standard operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • 2+ years of experience in installation, configuration, and remote support of endpoint security products and services.
  • Either a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Information Technology (Security preferred) or relevant industry/vendor certifications.
  • Experience in customer service support, including handling and resolution of customer escalations and incident handling.
