Compassionate Caregiver - Aged Care Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As an aged care professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people and their families.

About the Role:

  • You will provide personalized care and support to residents with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • You will be responsible for administering medications, documenting progress notes, and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
  • Experience in aged care, hospitals, or community settings is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs as needed.
