**Responsibilities**:

- Providing care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, preparing meals, and medication administration
- Developing individual care plans and facilitating therapeutic activities for clients
- Communicating with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure consistent care
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and documenting all care provided
- Attending team meetings and training sessions to maintain knowledge of best practices in disability care
- Client is requiring Australian and no accents due to brain injury

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in disability support work, preferably with both children and adults
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and person-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of disability care (desirable)
- Must be able to relate to children who are technology focused and build a relationship to drive activities out side the house

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $76.00 per hour

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (yellow card) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
