Are you a compassionate individual who finds joy in helping others?

We are seeking Companion Caregivers to join our team, where we provide high-quality, person-centred home care to clients across the Gold Coast.

As a Companion Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has a big heart and genuine desire to help others
  • Is personable, compassionate, approachable, and respectful
  • Is located in the Lismore, Ballina, and Casino region and willing to travel between clients
  • Is flexible with their availability and able to work multiple days

You will be working as an independent contractor, providing companionship and emotional support to our clients. This role requires empathy, individuality, and meaningful professional relationships.
