Job Title: Strategic Organisational Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Operating Models: Develop and implement operating models, process improvements, and organisational structures that enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Engage and Influence Stakeholders: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Analyse Complex Data: Analyse complex data to translate it into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making.
  • Develop Excellent Communication Skills: Develop excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
About You:

We're looking for someone with proven experience in designing and implementing operating models, process improvements, and organisational structures. Advanced analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
