We are currently in search of a proficient Inventory Operations Manager to become an integral part of our Global Logistics division. This permanent role is hands-on, requiring you to support various client groups while managing inventory operations to meet service and cost objectives. You will oversee the movement of goods within the warehouse, enhance inventory turnover, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels to guarantee sufficient stock for sales, shipping, and delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assess and report on warehouse compliance to fulfill both customer and company financial and audit standards.
  • Data Management: Employ data and software tools to track inventory levels and manage reordering processes effectively.
  • Analysis & Coordination: Analyze, plan, and coordinate stock movements through warehouse operations, ensuring precise stock reconciliation and reporting.
  • Reporting: Create and present inventory reports to both clients and internal management.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the team to cultivate a positive workplace culture while adhering to organizational compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and promote opportunities for process enhancements and foster an innovative work environment.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure that customer expectations are met and managed proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in logistics and warehouse management, with proven expertise in overseeing warehouse functions and managing personnel in a complex industrial environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other office-based technologies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various hours as dictated by operational requirements.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to create positive employee experiences through effective feedback and engagement.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adjust to technological advancements and evolving market conditions.
