As a strategic leader in Defence innovation, we are seeking an experienced professional to drive the delivery of Integrated Engineering Support solutions.

This exciting opportunity involves leading a team in designing and developing support solutions that meet contractual and Company requirements. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, reviewing outputs and deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical experts to design and develop support solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive support solution requirements, define test requirements, and participate in design and requirements reviews.
  • Undertake functional analysis to identify optimal support solutions against set requirements.
  • Develop detailed designs and present them in design reviews to stakeholders.
  • Integrate and validate support design, contributing to integration and validation plans and reports.
  • Undertake qualification activities and analyse results, contributing to qualification plans and reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams of technical authors or equivalent experiences.
  • Logistics/Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineering skills and experience.
  • Able to think creatively, challenge current processes, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience with Asset Management Planning System and familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clearances

Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance. International Traffic in Arms Regulations apply, affecting suitability based on nationality. Vaccination mandates may impact attendance at Company sites.
