We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio within Western Sydney/Central Coast Territory.
Reporting to our Group Account Manager, you will deliver against sales and profit targets by securing and growing accounts through execution of a strategic industry sales plan. Utilising a consultative, high-touch sales approach, you will consult with clients to understand business needs and challenges to identify buying behaviour and value drivers, in order to sell-in products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sales and profit targets
- Develop and execute a strategic industry sales plan to secure and grow accounts
- Utilise a consultative, high-touch sales approach to understand client needs and challenges
- Identify buying behaviour and value drivers to sell-in products and solutions
- Work in partnership with the distributor management team to develop strong relationships with targeted clients
