Job Description:

As a compassionate clinical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of residential care for older Australians. We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead and support a dedicated clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinical operations of the care home
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the clinical team
  • Manage performance, training, and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with AN-ACC assessments and aged care standards
  • Conduct audits and review clinical incidents and feedback
  • Lead person-centred care planning and family case conferencing
  • Manage medication administration processes and clinical documentation
About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with post-graduate qualifications in aged care to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive team. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians.

Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
  • Post-graduate qualifications in aged care (highly regarded)
  • Proven leadership experience in aged care or acute settings (min. 30-bed facility)
  • Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
