Compassionate Care Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents at all times, in accordance with the Aged Care quality Standards and our organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes;
  • Working in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards;
  • Being 2nd in charge to the Residential Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly;
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse;
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards;
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes;
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
