About the Position
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units.
  • Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that promote employee wellbeing across the organisation.
About You
  • You will require tertiary qualifications in an allied health profession or a relevant discipline.
  • A demonstrated experience in implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and workers compensation legislation is required.
