About This Role

The Area Manager is responsible for leading a team of employment consultants across multiple sites, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role oversees several key responsibilities including:

  • Oversight of Employment Service Areas with offices in various locations.
  • Leading and empowering a team to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of person-centred services.
  • Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Leveraging systems and tools to analyse and monitor performance and quality metrics.
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.
