About This Role
The Area Manager is responsible for leading a team of employment consultants across multiple sites, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
This role oversees several key responsibilities including:
- Oversight of Employment Service Areas with offices in various locations.
- Leading and empowering a team to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
- Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of person-centred services.
- Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
- Leveraging systems and tools to analyse and monitor performance and quality metrics.
- Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks.
- Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
- Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.
