As a dynamic leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy team. Your key responsibilities will include managing pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with legislative guidelines.
  • Develop and mentor staff skills through onboarding and induction processes.
  • Provide strategic direction for the Pharmacy team while fostering a positive culture that empowers excellence.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent with current registration with AHPRA is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team according to legislative and medication safety guidelines.
  • High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
  • A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
