Our organization seeks a Senior Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry fire trade licenses and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of technicians to achieve operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Driving operational excellence through effective leadership and management practices
  • Managing customer accounts and business development initiatives
  • Supporting service teams with asset management and account management tasks

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical subject matter expertise, people management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Relevant industry fire trade license
  • Five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • People management experience
  • Proven management skills in achieving results, including financial goal setting and review
  • Customer orientation
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
