Driving technical excellence and growth in the transport market requires a seasoned digital specialist. This individual will lead a team of skilled engineers and designers, influencing client decisions, shaping project outcomes, and fostering a high-performing team.

About the Role:
  • This role is responsible for driving digital integration within projects, streamlining approaches, and improving outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will develop project documentation, including digital engineering strategies and execution plans, to align with project requirements.
  • A key aspect of this position is supporting the delivery team in digital activities, ensuring collaborative project outcomes while growing and developing team capabilities.
  • The Digital Engineering Professional Lead will also be responsible for coordinating DE activities, managing information exchanges, and ensuring quality assurance and quality control checks align with the digital execution plan.
About You:
  • You are a senior digital specialist with proven project delivery experience on significant elements of major projects, embodying lean and agile working principles.
  • You have extensive years of experience working in similar roles on large-scale projects, with strong proficiency in ISO19650 principles and certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and systems, including their optimization and implementation on major projects, is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in a digital delivery role, preferably on transport projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach to training individuals.
  • Proficiency in CDEs, coordination, and modeling tools, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Architecture, is required.
