- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable, and customer-centric digital solutions.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, multi-brand digital environments.
- Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Passion for mentoring and uplifting engineering capability.
