Digital Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital engineering efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing BIM strategies to align with project and industry standards.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate BIM/digital engineering models, ensuring compliance and integration with project phases.
  • Leading clash detection, safety in design sessions, and issue management using tools like Navisworks or Revizto.
  • Defining and enforcing digital workflows, standards, and quality assurance for consistent and accurate deliverables.
  • Providing training, guidance, and fostering innovation in digital engineering tools and methodologies within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM management, or a related role within major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience leading BIM coordination across civil structure, drainage, roads, and utilities on large-scale projects within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and interoperability across digital platforms.
