Are you a strategic leader who can elevate our technical and engineering capabilities across digital sales & services platforms? As a Manager – Digital Engineering, you will drive technical excellence at scale by leading high-performing engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Leads, influencing a wider community of engineers.
  • Establish and uphold engineering standards, ensuring architectural consistency and technical quality.
  • Define and execute technical strategy that supports brand autonomy and enables faster, decoupled releases.
  • Champion engineering culture through Dev Guilds, capability uplift, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Influence the tech platform roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable, and customer-centric digital solutions.
Tech Ecosystem
  • Frontend: React, Tailwind, Storybook
  • Backend: NestJS, AWS (Lambda, Microservices)
  • Tooling: NewRelic, Playwright, GitHub Copilot, Nx, RsPack
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into roadmaps.
  • Passion for mentoring and uplifting engineering capability.
  • Experience with platform thinking, federated delivery models, and enabling autonomy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
