Job Title

We are seeking enthusiastic Mental Health Professionals to join our team.

About the Role
  • Provide individualized support to individuals with lived experience of mental health issues, promoting goal achievement and wellness.
  • Foster a culture of shared learning and skill development through self-directed education and information.
  • Ensure support is person-centered, recovery-focused, and strength-based.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with individuals based on their interests and goals, creating opportunities for growth and development.
  • Deliver direct services while utilizing personal lived experience to inform practice.
  • Contribute to staff learning, service understanding, and delivering person-led services.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV or above in a relevant field or 2 years full-time experience in human services.
  • Strong commitment to recovery-based practice and aligning with organizational values.
  • Personal lived experience of a mental health issue and recovery journey.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Selection Criteria

Essential: A Certificate IV or above in a relevant field OR 2 years full-time experience in human services.

Desirable: Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate.
