Job Title: Recovery Support Technician

Overview

Share your recovery journey to benefit others and help facilitate self-directed recovery. This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm in the Crisis Residential Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consumer-driven services
  • Model traits such as personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness
  • Refer and link consumers to community resources
  • Attend meetings and consumer staffings and help develop programs
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary living environment with co-workers, supervisor, facility staff members, and consumers
Qualifications
  1. Must be at least 21 years old
  2. Must possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Personal experience with recovery process and willingness to discuss it as appropriate
  4. Demonstrated skills in human services and in services to adults
  5. Demonstrated ability to work within organizational structure
  6. Ability to accept supervision
  7. Demonstrated ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community
  8. Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable
  9. Basic computer skills including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record
Benefits

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 an hour.

This position offers evening, overnight, and weekend shifts eligible for shift differential.
