Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Injury Prevention and Recovery Coach to lead our team in expert injury management advice. As a key member of the team, you will assist injured workers on their journey to recovery and a return to full duties.

This critical role drives the overall success of our business, requiring a strong, experienced professional to coach and support the team.

You will provide proactive, expert injury management advice, identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, and contribute to training materials and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in workers' compensation claims or a similar field is essential.
  • Preferred qualifications and experience in psychology.
  • A background in Allied Health, Clinical, supervisory, or workplace-based rehabilitation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws is necessary.
  • Proven experience coaching Case Managers, driving decisions, and managing complex claims.
  • Strong communication and people skills are also necessary.
