As a seasoned operations executive, you will spearhead the management of regional operations across multiple locations, fostering efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee sales, service, and aftermarket operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent results.
- Sales and Service Growth – Drive revenue expansion, maintain key customer relationships, and ensure sales and profit targets are met.
- Team Development and Leadership – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
- Financial Acumen – Manage regional budgets, oversee P&L performance, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Customer Focus – Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- HSEQ Compliance – Ensure full compliance with WHS/OHS Act, Regulations, and industry safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in similar operations management roles, demonstrated leadership and people management skills, expertise in WHS/OHS compliance, AU & NZ workplace laws, and commercial acumen.
