Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist advice to Managers and Employees on Human Resource matters.
  • Support and assist managers by developing plans and strategies to deliver desired outcomes in developing culture, caregiver capability and an engaged and effective workforce.
  • Collaborate with, coach and advise Managers on workforce issues and assist in the identification of improvement strategies.
  • Provide advice and assistance to Managers on caregiver performance management and improvement strategies.
  • Assist with HR and business analytics, working with Managers to develop, implement and support strategies that lead to improved performance and operational target achievements.
  • Assist Managers in the oversight of caregiver non-work related 'Fitness for Work' activities and Workers Compensation Cases including liaison with Group and Injury Management Teams on appropriate management.
  • Assist and support Managers with interactions with Union Representatives on employee related matters in conjunction with Industrial Relations.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who possesses a tertiary level qualification in Human Resources, sound generalist HR knowledge and experience across a variety of areas and experience in the delivery of Human Resource Services in a complex work environment. A current drivers licence and vehicle for travel is required.
