About the Role

We're seeking a trusted HR partner to work with our retail and support centre teams. You'll offer thoughtful advice grounded in genuine care and support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance.

You'll champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are.

  • Navigate employee relations and streamline people processes with curiosity and confidence.
  • Bring empathy, clarity, and care to every interaction, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Organise and turn ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day.

This role requires a solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years), with experience across generalist advisory work. Bonus points if you've worked in a fast-paced environment.
