Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Planning Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on planning and delivering events that bring brands to life. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing event logistics, including administration support, asset creation, delivery and approvals, invoicing, and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality events, activations, and partnerships under direction, inclusive of admin duties such as asset creation, delivery and approvals, invoicing, and ticketing.
  • Become the expert in briefing, sourcing, and managing information, assets, and creative for the team.
  • Help manage critical timelines across all major work streams by tracking and documenting activities to ensure timely delivery and future recommendations.
  • Maintain marketing documentation for events and partnerships across global and local reporting requirements.
  • Drive and lead partnership approval processes via internal systems.
  • Manage invoicing for external partners and event activity in a timely and concise manner.
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly organized individual with entry-level corporate experience, including calendar management, email management, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of and exposure to events and/or project management, plus a love for our brands. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
