About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams.

The primary responsibility of the position is to deliver exceptional personal assistance and confidential support, while coordinating management and departmental reporting requirements that meet internal and external customer standards and timeframes.

  • Experience in an administration or executive assistant role with the skillset and tools to optimize the effectiveness of Managers' time by developing and utilizing systems and managing scheduling requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience in handling confidential information with maturity.
  • The confidence to be assertive when required to ensure our values, policies, and procedures are being upheld and adhered to.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a proactive manner.
  • Advanced computer competency in Microsoft applications.
