Future Leader Program

This 18-month program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and educational development, providing unprecedented access to senior leaders and external facilitators to mentor and guide your growth.

About the Opportunity

You will have the chance to work in different produce categories at various locations across Australia, gaining valuable insights into industry operations and developing key skills.

Program Structure
  • The program consists of three rotations, each six months long, allowing you to gain a broad understanding of our business and make informed decisions.
Your Role
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the production of premium quality fruit and vegetables, working closely with our team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • You must be in your final year or recently completed a bachelor's or postgraduate degree, with a particular interest in agriculture-related fields.
  • You must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • You must be willing to relocate and adapt to different work environments during the program.
