We're looking for a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our weekend night shift team at Regency Park.

This is a permanent part-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum based on industry standards.

About the Role
  • Operate heavy machinery equipment to maintain a continuous flow of product.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
  • Manage production lines, equipment calibration, and monitoring.
  • Prepare and complete accurate records.
  • Clean and perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Ensure quality assurance and completion of quality checks as required.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment.
  • A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude for automated equipment operation.
  • An understanding of HACCP and GMP principles with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability.
  • A flexible and energetic approach to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining safe working practices.
  • Experience with SAP software is advantageous.
