Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless, timely, and delivered with professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor an offshore team to deliver exceptional support services.
  • Manage workflows and implement financial advice accurately and compliantly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing prompt, professional, and empathetic responses.
  • Oversee the preparation of Statements of Advice and key client documents.
  • Continuously refine internal systems and processes to boost efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate weekly implementation meetings and drive monthly training sessions.
  • Monitor service delivery and deadlines to ensure timely client commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors and advisers to provide critical support.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a client service or operations role within financial planning.
  • A sharp eye for detail, strong time management skills, and next-level organizational abilities.
  • A natural communicator with a calm and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A passion for leading people and improving business processes.
