As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our leadership team to maximize talent and performance outcomes.

Job Description

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who has experience in coaching and advising managers on people-related issues such as performance management, award compliance, and policy interpretation. You will be working closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience.

  • You will provide guidance and support to leaders on end-to-end people-related activities including performance reviews, salary reviews, KPI development, and other HR initiatives.
  • You will investigate grievances and complaints, recommend disciplinary outcomes, and manage the implementation of these outcomes.
  • You will participate in or lead HR projects as required to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in coaching and advising managers on people-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, awards, and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • High level of autonomy and initiative.
