This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior professional to shape two critical business portfolios during a time of strategic transformation.
We are seeking an experienced and mature individual to join our team as a trusted advisor. As a senior business partner, you will align people strategies to business goals across two diverse portfolios: Finance and Marketing/Comms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnership: Align people strategies to business goals across two diverse portfolios.
- Organisational Design & Embedding: Support the consolidation of a newly structured leadership team and operating model.
- Transformation Support: Guide organisational change initiatives in workforce streamlining and significant transformation programs.
- Change & Risk Advisory: Lead with strong employee relations capability and a clear understanding of how risk and compliance intersect with people-related decisions.
- Executive Influence: Work closely with senior leaders to coach, guide, and influence strategy and cultural shifts.
Requirements:
- Enterprise Experience: Operated at scale in large, complex organisations and navigated ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Mature Judgement: Strong judgement and emotional intelligence, able to influence at senior levels while staying grounded.
- Transformation Focus: Proven success in change-heavy environments, with the ability to coach leaders and embed sustainable solutions.
- Risk and ER Strength: Solid expertise in employee relations, with a broad understanding of organisational and compliance risk.
- Commercial Awareness: Able to connect people strategy with business performance, especially in finance-related environments.
