About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders across various functions.

  • Collaborate closely with leaders to offer consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations, and organisational culture.
  • Promote open communication channels and facilitate cross-department collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation and promotion of people-centric programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience.

You will work closely with our HR Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organisation and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in HR, preferably in a generalist or advisory capacity.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
