About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed daily revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose solutions to customers through online demonstrations and product promotions
  • Process customer requests and provide timely responses to ensure high-quality service
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to customers
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis and offer solutions accordingly
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and general knowledge of technology
  • High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Team-oriented and creative approach to sales and customer service
