The Product team at Airwallex combines technical expertise with customer needs to design and build unified, intuitive, and scalable products. As a team, we thrive in a collaborative environment, constantly iterating and pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional product experiences.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Product Sales team as a Global Payments Adoption Specialist. This role involves using sales and product expertise to drive adoption of our Payments product through existing and new customers.

This position requires collaboration with core sales, account management, marketing, product, and partner teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge. You will be instrumental in leading in-depth product discussions with customers, while helping to continually test and execute against our go-to-market strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of our Payments product to existing customers and new prospects in targeted segments
  • Test market positioning and selling motions for Payments-related products
  • Refine the Go-To-Market playbook with Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams
  • Provide feedback to inform development roadmaps and commercial priorities

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience driving adoption/sales for Payments solutions at a Technology company
  • Proven experience and understanding of Payments products
  • Ability to drive the entire sales cycle in collaboration with existing Sales or Account Management teams
  • Evidence of working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive product/adoption
  • The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • A proven self-starter capable of driving business results
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
  • Excitement about working in a hands-on scale-up environment

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (depending on location and experience), depending on your background and performance, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
