About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to colleagues by answering questions, responding to requests regarding employment and contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain our HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • Owning global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements
  • A track record of exceptional achievement from high school through graduate studies and career.
  • Experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a clear focus on accuracy.
  • A high level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to easily adapt to change.
