Job Description

The role of Aged Care Services Manager is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to elderly Australians. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional client care through effective management of Homecare packages and individualized financial budgets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and conversion processes
  • Developing, monitoring, and reassessing care plans in consultation with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and industry standards
  • Driving continuous improvement across practice and service delivery

Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location

This role will be based in Clayton VIC, with regular travel requirements for face-to-face client meetings across VIC.
