Job Description:

We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for management, data-driven problem-solving, and leadership to fill the role of Strategic Operations Leader.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow into a high-impact leader and play a critical part in defining operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on site at one of our operational facilities, where you will be responsible for ensuring safety standards are maintained, processes are efficient, and customer demands are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within your area of responsibility
  • Develop performance goals and objectives to meet customer promise expectations
  • Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business targets
  • Partner with the management team to establish quality control standards
  • Review work forecasts and determine production requirements
About the Role:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can prioritize routine tasks, manage individual escalations, and drive process improvement initiatives.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets.

The Graduate Program:

The 11-week onboarding/training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent in both soft skill interactions and technical scenarios.

You will have the opportunity to build long-lasting connections with fellow graduates and peers, and receive support from experienced leaders throughout your journey.
