Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the daily operations of our school. This key leadership role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

About the Role

This newly created position is central to the coordination of school-wide operations, calendar management, major events, compliance, and relief staffing. You will work closely with the Executive Team to shape the vision and direction of education-related operations at our school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead academic operations that support a strong and positive culture grounded in Christian faith, wellbeing, and high academic standards.
  • Work collaboratively and facilitate effective communication with families, teaching and non-teaching staff, and the broader school community.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the classroom through a part-time teaching load.
  • Lead and manage operational systems and procedures across K–12.
  • Coordinate school calendars, timetables, activities, and major events.
  • Oversight of relief staffing.
  • Manage compliance for excursions/incursions (including sport activities) and emergency procedures.
  • Support academic operations including NAPLAN, HSC, exams, and subject selection.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and policy development as part of the Executive Team.

  • Demonstrate high-level organisational and technological literacy.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, strategic thinking, and organisational skills.
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications and accreditation.
  • Prove experience in school operations or educational leadership.
