Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the network of compounding facilities across various levels.

You will lead a cultural transformation from reactive firefighting to proactive problem-solving using a scientific approach.

Reporting to a senior director, you will lead an operations transformation team in adopting a Baxter Operating System (BOS) and implementing efficiency projects.

Primary Objectives:
  • Embed BOS principles and scientific thinking across all levels.
  • Lead and mentor the operations transformation team.
  • Support champions for continuous improvement to grow into influential change agents.
  • Develop leadership capabilities by working closely with frontline leaders.
  • Drive a cultural shift towards proactive problem-solving and achieve required outputs with long-term system stability.
Required Expertise:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in science or engineering.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing management or manufacturing engineering.
  • Prove a track record in lean transformation with a deep understanding of Toyota Kata or equivalent tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in coaching leaders through daily improvement routines.
