Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing Excellence: Provide guidance, support, and training to high-performing teams to ensure exceptional maintenance services.
  • Engineering Support: Respond efficiently to engineering requests from various departments, generating solutions and work orders to drive project success.
  • Maintenance Cost Optimization: Control labor, equipment, and maintenance expenses while ensuring adequate resources are available.
  • Weekly Maintenance Planning: Develop, implement, and execute the weekly maintenance plan to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborative Project Delivery: Partner with other departments to deliver timely project outcomes, including estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision, commissioning, and training.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of ongoing identification, development, and implementation of improvements through staff engagement.
  • Associate Work Request Management: Review and approve Associate work requests and other ad hoc maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Demonstrate ability to diagnose and evaluate equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: Engineering degree preferred but not essential.
  • TPM Experience: TPM experience preferred but not essential.
  • Certification: Mechanical/Electrical certification required.
  • Ladership Skills: Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop direct reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity working with SAP PM is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and confidently influence change across multiple departments and stakeholders.
